Season 3 saw a lot of parties so I decided to create a palette for each.
.
Haloween was fun to create, we stayed away from orange. The closest to the warm range we got was red and threw in very few orange accents to counter balance the blue (which is my favourite colour).

I embraced the coolness of blues, pinks, purples, cyan, at times green. All colours achieved in camera, no colour grade wizardry.
.
One the things I am very passionate about is to work with bold, saturated colour and Heartopper gave me multiple opportunities, starting with the prom in Season 2, ep 8, where I even used UV lighting (check out Elle and Tao dance), lit an Baby Queen concert, but the range there was wider, I had the rainbow colours as my inspiration.

I wanted Halloween to feel overwhelming and visually overstimulating, for both the characters and the audience.
.
We lit this entire house with no prelight and had one day to complete the scenes. My team did amazing, thank you for having my back. And huge thanks to our wonderful director @newberyandy, the best partner in crime one would hope for.
