Map Sneak Peek
Added 2021-12-24 16:23:49 +0000 UTCHere is a sneak peek of the map that will be implemented after the prologue. Not every location will be available right away and there will also be new locations to be added as the story progresses. These are just the ones that were planned before. The locations won't function as transition to scenes like in the prologue but as accesses to characters associated with the locations. Then the player will be able to interact with characters. The gameplay will not be the same as prologue and neither will the scenes. As you have also played, currently the prologue plays as a traditional visual novel with routes that lead to specific scenes. The actual gameplay will feature scenes only when necessary (plot related instances, certain events or erotic content) Casual dialogue will not require scenes as they take up too much space and seem redundant at some point for this project. Instead, character sprites would be more efficient and immersive.
Coding the image map and locations will take some time taking into account that I also have to write a thesis and work a part time job. So my current focus will be on delivering the prologue.
