Sorry your neighbor is inconsiderate. Usually my building is pretty quiet but batteries refuse to give up on life without a vocal fight

I called the condo supervisor but am not sure what he can do 😭😭😭😭 Trapped in a belljar with a literal neverending bell 😭😭😭😭 Once I can hear myself think again I will channel this pain into MB angst.
