I did message you on fb with images. 3d builder (installed with windows) also cannot load that head.. it spits out an error code. Zbrush can load it, but there are some duplicate edges it reports as an issue. I might be able to repair it, export it, and match its dimensions to another head that will load in scale.

I have two downloaded zip files for her, one ending in 954Z, and one ending in 508Z. both have the same issue with the head not loading into cura at the correct scale, and when looked at in zbrush, both have the square cut out in them.
