Good News!
Added 2025-04-02 16:34:48 +0000 UTCA very short update, sorry for delays, and I'll put of a post for new questions again tomorrow but I have good news.
My mother went through her big cancer operation today, 11 hours on the table, a liter and a half of blood, but they think they managed to cut everything out. She's still in intensive care until she stabilizes, but so far so good. I can breathe a little easier. Thank you so much for your support and patience. I'll be back to normal soon enough, not knowing what they would find as they operated was the worst part considering the scans were so vague and inconclusive. Seemed to be mostly intestines and stomach, not any of the other major organs.
I can breathe a little again.

I'm really relieved to hear that, Malin. As for the "I'll be back to normal soon enough" genuinely don't worry about it. Even though this is good news, you have still spent a lot of time under great stress and one big emotional rollercoaster... often it will still take some time for you to feel mentally and physically "normal" after something like that, and if it does that's completely expected. Just take time to relax and get your bearing again :) x
