Here is your third and final helping of bonus footage from the straight line mission across England, which includes every amusing or interesting clip that didn't make the final cut from days 4,5,6 and 7, as well as the mission to find the phone. Highlights include some beautiful unseen shots from the van cam, my angle of my hilarious river Coquet blunder, plenty more daft songs and swear words, and a phone call with Archie and Adam post mission.

I'm not sure mine was grade III as I never saw a doctor but if I remember rightly I rested for a while, wearing an ankle support as I walked, and then when I was able I started to strengthen the area. I found the most useful exercise to be drawing the letters of the alphabet with my foot whilst watching TV. Do it 4 or 5 times in a row a few times a day. After that there were other strengthening exercises which escape me but I do recommend seeing a good physio if you can afford it!

I've recently torn ligaments in my ankle (grade 3 sprain) and was wondering what you did to help yours recover? Also, how long were you out if action for? I ask as mine looked pretty similar to yours
