Hey everyone just wanted to say a few words - I was out celebrating Gareth's latest victory last night and the best I could do was to just post the video with no thumbnail or words.
Firstly a huge THANK YOU for all your support and love in these recent weeks while I've juggled the editing with family life. Baby doing and her parents are doing just fine!
Big things coming up on the channel, both on YouTube and the $4 Tier, and this week I'm gonna get to work on a juicy Geo Detective.
Finally, the new poster is here, and it's an absolute peach! Order now!

Let me know if there are any issues before it hits the tube tonight at 8pm
Take care everyone and keep the lovely comments coming in :)

2024-07-15 19:00:12 +0000 UTCI actually geolocated Tom to 52°30'51.28"N 13°22'53.57"E in this video! https://youtu.be/wqjkS5mrL7w?si=QRGDj547s09rkwMd&t=129 And Russ "the TG" Cook was only 50 ft down the street. Edit: Correction, 258 ft. ;P

2024-07-10 07:33:03 +0000 UTCWhat an accomplishment that was. And what a treat to be able to follow you on this epic 5-day adventure. Proud of the G-wiz'. That being said, I do also look forward to slightly smaller, but riskier type straight line missions where it's just you and your tent in uncharted territory. With the immense planning you had to do for this one, I can imagine you must miss the days of being able to act a bit more 'instinctively' or freely lets say. I will deffo be there to watch it. Entertainment guaranteed. ;)

2024-07-09 02:01:01 +0000 UTCThanks Tom! Another great series, your best straight line mission ever. I really thought you wouldn't make it, sorry to doubt you haha Congratulations again to you and Verity.

2024-07-08 17:25:02 +0000 UTCAlso if you were to try a straight line challenge in a US state, Delaware would be best (contrary to popular belief it’s not legal to shoot trespassers in most if not all states). Only 20km from the Maryland border to the sea. Mostly farmland and woods. No major developments on the line. Only real challenges would be 2 motorway crossings (routes 1 and 13), but they are practically right next to each other. So it could be crossed quickly. Other than that, major obstacles include straying close to a large farmyard, crossing Blackbird river twice (both times not fordable) and going through a part of the abysmal Cedar swamp (Norway peat bog vibes) right at the end. Looks like a fairly easy line though

2024-07-08 02:53:08 +0000 UTCCongrats! Would be cool to see another America adventure with welsh Greg. Maybe HNTTA2 doing west coast (Seattle to LA or San Diego) or if you want to challenge yourself, cross country. Crossing the Great Plains would be hard though. Basically no large cities between Chicago and Denver (abt 1600km taking the shortest route). Would probably have to buy another car or see if you can hitchhike with a trucker (many truckers going east/west or Vice Versa), and many sleeper trucks/lorries have an extra bunk that a kind trucker may let y’all use. If you were to buy another vehicle, maybe try to find an old pickup truck with a camper shell on the bed and sleep in that. Congrats on making it in England tho!

2024-07-07 22:11:06 +0000 UTCFelt quite emotional at the end there thinking it was the end of straight lining completely. Buzzing to hear its not. The dream of you, the Fieldhouse’s and Marcus teaming up for a mission is alive. Well done Tom 🩵

Just wanted to say a massive well done for overcoming the physical and mental hurdles on a challenging mission, and a huge thank you for creating so much entertaining and riveting content. Absolutely delighted that the mission was a success!

2024-07-07 16:56:16 +0000 UTCThe poster is beautiful, great vibes. One small issue, with the log right next to your head and right hand (?) it looks like youre wielding a huge club ;) great work nonetheless, love all your missions!

2024-07-07 16:51:10 +0000 UTCDid you know that the German version of Sesame Street (Die Sendung mit der Maus) did a straight line mission as well?
