Watch Tom Suffer (10 Minute Cold Plunge Charity Quiz!)

Earlier this month I agreed to join Ken Goddard (aka mad Welshman in dragon trunks) for one of his crazy challenges to try and raise some money for the South West Wales Cancer Fund.  Ken, a distant relative, had already climbed Pen Y Fan (tallest peak in South Wales) in nothing but his trunks on a freezing December day and plans to keep performing similarly grueling acts until he has raised his target of £5,000. Annoyingly I wasn't available for the mountain climb, so cold water emersion it was. 10 minutes in near freezing water whilst being bombarded with general knowledge questions. Here's the full thing...

...and here's the link to Ken's just giving page for those who want to donate: https://www.justgiving.com/page/kenneth-goddard-1694721683728

(I realise that this is a regional charity so don't feel obliged to donate. SWWCF cover the whole of South West Wales from Bridgend all the way over to the tip of Pembrokeshire for those who might be local to the area!)

***Strong Welsh accent alert - I recommend you make use of the subtitles if you want to understand what's being said!***

COMING SOON ON PATREON:

-SHEFFIELD TO MANCHESTER ULTRA MARATHON WITH BEN COOK (IN MORE RIDICULOUSLY COLD CONDITIONS) - ETA END OF THIS WEEK - $4 TIER

Bloody hell, came out looking like a cooked lobster.

Thanks for doing this Tom. My fiancé, approximately our age, was recently diagnosed with cancer. It absolutely blindsided us. No warning, no period of sickness. She was hiking one weekend and having emergency life saving surgery the next. The future is uncertain for us, but what is certain is that every penny donated to cancer charities helps and having been on the recieving end of their support I can't even describe how grateful I am. Good effort buddy, well done.

That cold water shock looks brutal, fair play man!

The look in your eyes for the first few minutes gives me a good idea of how horrible that was. Nice work!
