Tenner in my pocket PART 2

Thanks for your patience with this one folks. Took me about 7 attempts at rendering this on Adobe Premiere but it finally worked.  Anyway, I'm hoping you'll think it was worth it!

As usual let me know your thoughts in the comments :)

**Watch with subtitles and in 4K for best results**

This summer I grabbed a sleeping bag, stuffed a tenner in my pocket and walked north from my front door into the countryside for as long as fate deemed necessary. The adventure continues and ends with this second instalment, but by no means does the excitement fade. Join me as I meet more generous country folk; obtaining more food and water along the way, get charged by multiple livestock and land myself an extraordinary night's sleep..

Did think given your starting point you may hit Alton Towers or the surrounding places. The real Staffordshire countryside is a lovely part of the country.

You're my Anti-banana bro Tom!

while your straight line missions are certainly more challenging, I loved this easy going series so much! It really shows the simple pleasures in life. makes me keen to get out to just wander about in spring .

I loved this series. Still think How NOT to travel America is my *fav* youtube series of ALL TIME from *any* youtuber, would love to see more of that kinda thing...

Seems like such a strange coincidence, but I'm sure the guy called Adam who gave Tom a bed and a few pints is the friend of another guy on patreon I follow called straybob, they did a trail across Jordan together.

I think I speak for many when I say I would love a series like this. I understand the logistics get more difficult if your starting point is far, but Wales, Scotland, Denmark etc when it warms up would be excellent. It has "how to not travel Europe" vibes

Watched it twice now. This particular format gives me the same comforting vibes that Detectorists gives me, my favourite tv show. It's hard to even put into words. The nods to Tolkien in the first episode (which, being a similar age to you, was also my first inspiration into adventuring the outdoors), the music, the commentary, the scenery. Perfect. Going to be embarking on my own version of this when the weather cheers up.

Loved this one! Me and my ex gf from Birmingham went on a weekend trip to the Peak District a few years ago. Seeing the meadows and picturesque pubs with their beer gardens was a trip down memory lane for me. So thanks for that mate. Adventures don't always have to be thrilling in order for them to be an adventure! I would love to just walk out my front door and walk into the country side, problem is here in Belgium the countyside isn't as widespread! Always lovely in the Ardennes though, lots of woods, rivers and fields to explore. Oh and how could I forget.. lots of great fkin beers to indulge yourself in over here, in case you hadn't heard. πŸ˜‰ Keep on keeping on wizard of Geo 🌍πŸͺ„
