Inspired by Beau Miles who did this in his native Australia with some success, I set off on a 10 mile run through the countryside, aiming for 5 big (and quite dangerous) roundabouts.
Barely anyone sets foot anywhere near these roundabouts and they rarely get cleaned up, so the theory is that years worth of relentless traffic is bound to fling a few goodies into the gravel. However I was faced with another issue; wildly overgrown footpaths that due to my time restraints sadly cut the journey short. It was on these footpaths that I was viciously attacked by a protective pheasant, but could I salvage the day with a find?
