We leave Amsterdam and it's tainted mushroom flavoured memories behind and head inland towards Germany and the heart of the adventure.
My aim is now to skip from city to city, partying as I go and working hard on the bike in between. That's exactly what I did.
Highlights include sleeping on a park bench in Dusseldorf, almost killing a 5 year old German girl, and a godlike intervention by the banks of the river Rhine. This episode also sees the introduction of regular GoPro footage, as well as the odd song that I composed in my head as I peddled away like a metronome.

That song was genuinely solid and you should definitely use it to accompany a montage or timelapse in one of your exploration videos at some point. The lyrics may not fit the theme but the harmonies etc seem like they would be pretty well suited to that.

Another nice one mate, getting more and more inspired to do a trip like this myself this summer.
