Not really sure, but it's kind of in the middle of nowhere on a main road in the country side, so probably not the kind of place that people are desperate to redevelop, and the fire has rendered the main building unsalvageable, so it's just kind of sitting there in a dilapidated state. But it's crazy how many buildings end up sitting there for decades - check out our exploration of the Typhoo tea factory in Birmingham - abandoned since 1977! p.s. I'll get round to replying to your message very soon, same goes for everyone else. (swamped with Norway line emails as you can imagine!)
