Preparing for Android release

We've just uploaded a new build of the Android app. We want to speed up the process and release it sooner to make use of the heightened attention on Mastodon due to the news of Elon Musk becoming a Twitter shareholder (Mastodon was trending on Twitter yesterday).
This could be the build that gets uploaded to the Play Store. Please test it and write your feedback in the comments below!
Edit: Apparently the App Center SDK responsible for notifying about new versions and sending crash reports was not included due to a bug at the time of this Patreon post, so I ask you to download the latest version manually so we can get all the crash reports. Thank you!

Hi, I just gave up trying to establish the Android app. I will stick with the Windows desktop method. I entered my name, user name, email address and the site generated password three times without getting any message on my Gmail? Time is scarce folks.
