New story chapters: The Conjuror's Coven: Jan 5 - 9
Added 2026-01-05 01:32:35 +0000 UTCHey guys, hope you enjoyed your Christmas.
TL:DR - you are getting chapters from a brand new harem story this week instead of the Great Game. Great Game again on Jan 12.
This is a good news/bad news kind of post. But it's mostly good news! I shall explain.
The Bad News first:
Great Game chapters are delayed another week. They'll resume Jan 12, and we'll finish up exactly as planned. (I'm still intending to release book 12 on Jan 10, but I'll post about that elsewhere) And there is a good reason for this delay! Which leads me to...
The Good News
I did not, in fact, take a week off writing. Instead I wrote an entirely new story, like a kind of Stephen King-on-cocaine phase fever dream, just...writing urban fantasy harem. The book is at about 60,000 words from 6 days of writing. Something like 25 chapters. It's decently complete, too, and I don't think will need a ton of editing.
So yeah, Urban Fantasy harem. First person POV, with only one pov character. Something of an experiment on my part that soon became a brief obsession. Not sure what to compare it to - probably Daniel Kensington's Warlock, just with an older, manlier protagonist, steamier, more 'real'? I don't know shut up.
We have a title, though! (The Conjuror's Coven). It's about a lawyer from the west coast of the US who falls in love with a university student he doesn't know is a witch. He goes back to meet her family, and a whole new world of magic begins to unravel before his eyes. He'll have to 'adjust' to her religion, deal with her family, and learn all kinds of things about himself and his history he didn't know. There's magic spirits and Roman mythology and three very appealing witch sisters...
It's steamy. Quite...romancy? Slower in plot than my other stuff. A main girl for sure in this first book, probably branching out into 4 girls total before the end. No idea if we're talking a few books here or what. Knowing me, probably yes. I'll finish The Great Game first, however!
And for you, my loyal Patrons, I am ready for a sneak peek. So for the upcoming week you'll be getting this instead, very hot off the presses. I hope you enjoy it! First chapter tomorrow. There will already be steam before the end of the week.

Let me know if the comparison makes any sense after you read them lol. Anyway it'll take more than 4 chapters to get there, I suspect.
