December 2021 UPDATE

Happy December everyone! Let’s get right to it! (It’s a long one)

SO! I’m going to try to make the next step in my art career. (no other way I can word that) What I mean is, I’m going to focus more on MY OWN things like OCs, Projects, and general Interests in my life. I’ll mention stuff as we continue.

Patreon:

-For me to make this as a major source of income for myself I’m going to now provide more content that actually draws in an audience. So no more posts just containing Commission work. I now want that to just be here and there.

Instead, it’s time for the Artist to actually make what he wants now and have fun making it. OCs, Guilty Pleasures, the kind of Media I’m consuming like games, tv, anime. (I’ve pushed so many ideas aside that it felt dumb trying to come back to it months later)

-Requests are still staying. They’ve helped me a lot these past few months and I’m grateful to the folks that continue to stay. (I’ll hit them up for their requests tomorrow)

-Polls are coming back! So stay tuned when that goes up on Friday?

-Now for the biggie; I’ve just set up a Pledge Goal to help out in raising some more funds. I’m sorry I can’t provide anything extra once the goal is met but it’ll really ease some of the stress and workload. (Maybe once it’s met I’ll start a new Image Set) I’ve made the first Goal $500. Just enough to help me pay most of my Rent. (This also means I’ll be advertising the Patreon a little bit more on social media so apologies if I get annoying)

Commissions

-Comms are done! Sorta…I’m still clearing out my DMs but they’re not a priority anymore. Not until next year when I make a new Price Sheet. That’s honestly about it.

Personal Life

-Whoo Boi. November was both the most (somewhat) productive and stressful month this year. I was struggling HARD. The important thing that happened last month tho was that I finally started my Therapy. Nothing ground braking but it feels good to finally unload my feelings and worries to someone who can actually help. Had 3 sessions so far and they’ve been a blast! That’s all I care about as of now. Other than that, I’m just really looking forward to this month!!

Thank you all so much! I’m extremely lucky to have people and friends continue to support me here and on Twitter. I didn’t think I would survive my first year making art. (As in, no school or other job) just strictly art. And I hope you guys can continue to enjoy what I do. 🙏
