Y'all Incorrectly Keep Saying That Proposition Hoe, I mean Proposition Joe Crew and The Barksdale and Bell Organization is Having Tension in The Streets with each other. There are ZERO issues with B and B Organization and Prop Joe's Organization. Marlo and his Crew is NOT apart of the Eastside nor are they apart of the Prop Joe Organization. Marlo is 1 of the many Westside Dealers that were ALREADY on their OWN Street Corners minding their own business while Avon and Stringer were primarily in the Towers during Season 1 and 2 Now that the Towers have been destroyed, the B and B organization had to take their business to those street corners and Marlo is the ONLY 1 on screen that has refused to allow the Barksdale and Bell Organization into His territory and deal on his Corners. #IETVandMovieTalk #WeJustTalkingTVandMOVIES #TellemTANKseddit #TANKTheTVandMovieMaven

The name of D'Angelo Barksdale's girlfriend/co-parent of their child is Donette.

It’s tradition in an Irish wake to have the body laid on display.

Chris Costelloe

Good catch BJ Willie Gant from S1…. The witness that testified against Deangelo Barksdale …

Stan Ross

I thought Dozerman didn't die

Daniel Moskowitz

I went ahead and cheated and watched all of Season 3. All I’ll say is I finally understand why The Wire is considered among the best tv shows of all time. Seasons 1 and 2 were awesome, season 3…. WOW! 👍👍👍👍

First off, Tosha was indeed killed by friendly fire. She was running away from the other crew, but got shot from the front right through her forehead when Dante — who was also running away, but was ahead of her — turned around & rapidly fired an errant shot, which hit her. Tosha's best gal pal Kimmy witnessed it, then angrily took it out on one of the members from the other crew by shooting & killing a guy. Secondly, Ray Cole (the guy laid out on the billiards table at the bar) died on a 'StairMaster'. McNulty got the call about that from Jay Landsman, while he & Kima were scoping out the corners in the car. Laying out fellow officers on a pool table to "drink with the boys one last time", so to speak, is tradition. This was mentioned a little bit later during the episode when McNulty & Kima snagged 'Bubbles' for C.I. work. McNulty told her about the wake for Cole happening down at 'Kavanaugh's'. She responded as such: "You barely knew the guy. Y'all layin' him out at the bar, huh?" McNulty's reply: "Yeah, tradition." Finally, Kenneth Dozerman (not Ray Cole) was the plainclothes officer who got shot while attempting to do an undercover, hand-to-hand, drug transaction. They were discussing trying to find Dozerman's gun — which is now on the streets, since it was stolen after the fact — on orders passed down from the higher-ups, who want it back based on principle alone.

56:57 The cop who got hit by the dealers is okay. His jaw got busted, though. The pool table thing is just a cop tradition that some practice. 1:04: 04 That was definitely a trap for Omar, I think. They’re tired of getting robbed by him. The drill the guy used to get the stash acted as an alarm (makes noise). 1:48:50 America is a horror show. Dead future.

3. That wasn't Ray Cole, that was Michael Santangelo

"Need the answers to a riddle? Buy your CI a McGriddle" Still laughing!

1. That was friendly fire that killed Omar's friend, by his bf. 2. Omar at the end of ep.3 he was lurking in dark because he was trying to see her body, Stringer had his boys at funeral home. 3. Ray Cole was the guy they pulled the prank on with the psychic to help his case. 4. Cutty actor is like the 4th or 5th Walking Dead castmate on this show so far.

Thank you for this. Im on Season 4 of the Wire and I've been pretty mixed on his character. Not sure where he was headed and I never even seen Game of Thrones. This give me some hope cuz I like his character overall

vceisdead

ASIA and BJ, you're wrong about Tommy Carcetti (Aidan Gillen aka Game of Thrones). He's a good guy here. And what he's doing is leading to a great ending of The Wire. So don't prematurely judge him until the end. Just saying because I binge-watched this whole series and I know the end. NO SPOILERS HERE!!!

Valentina Shtrigel

Actually, the woman in Omar's crew did get blown up by friendly fire- Omar's boyfriend shot her
