Considering I have next to no connection to Gatchaman/Battle of the Planets, this one ended up being soooo much fun. lol And, yeah, the "vintage VHS" effect first seen in my Sailor Moon Redraw Challenge picture was totally learned for this. (One of the reasons I even did the Sailor Moon piece in the first place was because I thought the effect was neat and I wanted to use it on a picture that I could actually display publicly.) One drawback of not knowing the source material was not being able to come up with a good subtitle to put on the picture, but I feel like the mosaic pixelation was a nice, authentic touch that hopefully made up for it.
