Kiki Redraw Challenge
Added 2020-05-27 17:16:26 +0000 UTCSo, there's another redraw challenge going around. Well, there seems to be several actually. I first saw this presented as the "Ghibli Redraw Challenge", but when I put that into Google, I saw that several Studio Ghibli movies were being done. Even getting as specific as "Kiki's Delivery Service Challenge" brought up multiple scenes. I kinda get the feeling that a whole lot of people saw the Sailor Moon challenge taking off and they all wanted to be the one to kick off the next big thing. Such is the life-cycle of memes, I suppose.
Anyway, this is the first one I saw, so this is the one I did. And I decided to play around a bit more with it this time. I saw a few Sailor Moon pictures that actually swapped her out for different characters in the same pose, and I decided that would be fun. Add on the fact that I've had Konosuba on my mind lately and, voila, Megumin standing in for Kiki.
I had a real blast drawing this one. (Pun intended, fight me!) I hope you all dig it too!
