Everyone who loves The Wire has their favorite character. My favorite is Avon Barksdale. Avan floats through the series. Untouchable. Bulletproof. Wood Harris great actor!

they aren't married, I think it's because she isn't legally considered family it's against the law to give her girlfriend medical information.

Definitely everyone should make time to watch. I've read that the Chernobyl exclusion zone is not expected to be habitable for humans for at least 20,000 years, maybe more!! I speculate that mankind won't even be alive on this planet in that amount of time!

I saw this so long ago I had forgotten what happened. Glad to know that Kimo didn’t get the Ned Stark treatment!

Can you look into watching a MINI series called "CHERNOBYL". There are only 5 episodes. I would LOVE to see your reaction to that show. 💙

Hate to see Wallace get killed, I liked the character and Michael B Jordan is such a great actor I was hoping he’d be in the show more. Maybe this is some of the first acting he did.

This kind of political corruption has been going on since forever. Amazing film you guys might like is Gangs of New York. Takes place in the 1800s when NYC politicians worked directly with the gangs, and all out in the open. All star cast in that movie too.

Yea Wallace definitely gave up Stringer and the tower boys to the police. Stringer was just smart enough not to take the risk and he was right. If Wallace had stayed alive he would have taken them down

I’m pretty sure Lester gave Shardine contact lenses, and we see him putting eye drops in afterwards. In other words, no magic drops to help her eyesight.

Exactly was they suppose to just let him take everybody down?

I don't think it was the drops. I think the BPD paid for her Lasik surgery. Damn I missed that detail the first time around.

It's episode 10 that Wallace is brought in, McNulty finds him ready to talk. He gives up Stringer, Wee-Bey, and several other tower soldiers in Brandon's murder. Daniels sits in on Wallace's interrogation. Afterward, Pearlman discusses where Wallace can go until they need him for the trial. They decide he would be best placed with his grandmother on the Eastern shore of Chesapeake Bay, as there are no funds for protective custody. Later, Daniels drives Wallace to his new home and notices that he is in withdrawal. When Wallace asks what the noise coming from the surrounding area is, Daniels tells him they're crickets.

To be fair, Wallace did get picked up by the police and agrees to cooperate and snitch. He revealed Stringer's involvement in the killing of Omar's boyfriend Brandon. The cops were looking for him to get him in front of the grand jury to testify. He coulda just stayed in the country but he chose to come back. He was the one to turn on his friends first by snitching.

The man going over the crime scene with actor Lance Reddick (Concierge on John Wick) was at one time the "real" Baltimore City Police Commissioner. Of course he became an actor long after he left the Baltimore City Police Department.

No the man in uniform was the chief of police and he was telling him he should say something to her wife. Chief didn’t want no part of that so inspector did it himself.
