So, Cleveland ConCoction was supposed to be this weekend, but as I've mentioned elsewhere, it was unfortunately canceled due to COVID-19. But, like many other canceled cons, the good folks running the show decided to try taking as much as they could online. I was asked if I could do some sort of video or livestream or anything, so I decided to take another crack at doing a timelapse video.
I had tried to make one about a year ago, but I was really unhappy with how it was turning out, so I ended up never completely finishing it. See, in order to get the video down to a watchable length, I had to speed it up a bit too much, and I would actually started to get a bit motion sick just watching it. But this time, instead of recording a full print, I decided to try recording a sketch card, which takes considerably less time in the first place, therefore requires less speed-up to make it a decent length. And I think it worked. So, check it out and let me know what you think. Is this something you'd like to see more of?
