Kona Guardians #2 Preview
Added 2020-02-27 18:00:03 +0000 UTCSo, Kona Guardians went from zero to sixty in no time flat. After a year and a half working on the script in fits and starts, the actual art portion seems to be pouring out of me. (Of course, that early 'drawn script' sure is helping with the basic layouts. We'll see how I do when I get to scenes that were more heavily redone in the re-writes.) Anyway, I just finished the lineart for the prologue and I'm so excited about it that I just had to share! So, here it is- the first five pages of Kona Guardians #2! I hope you dig it so far.
Now, I don't want to make any promises for when you'll see the rest. Convention season is soon upon me, and I have a few other projects in the pipeline that will require a fair bit of attention. On the other hand, I'm seriously considering hiring a colorist to help me keep things flowing. (I'd really like to get some opinions on that, btw, so feel free to comment below if you think it's a good idea or not.) Either way, I'm tentatively planing for a late summer release- cross fingers, knock on wood, all that.
