Some of these aren't the typical "family" rated holiday movies... but I guess it depends on the family. My family never really paid attention to age appropriate ratings, but we didn't have "cable TV" so most of what I saw when I was younger was edited for primetime TV. It wasn't until I rewatched shows/movies later as an adult that I realized how much of it was censored.

I always love watching “Krampus” and the fun thing is your gonna get the horror aspect also so it’s just all around fun. You can try the last Tarantino movie you got which takes place during winter, “The Hateful Eight” (like reservoir dogs in a barn).Thinking you could also do Spielberg like “Jurassic Park, catch me if you can”. Finally to boot just for kicks the mister Roger’s movie with Tom Hanks… come on now. “ Beautiful Day In The Neighborhood” will leave you fuzzy. Oooh also “Eyes wife shut” has a scene where Tom cruises walks by Christmas lights so it counts. Who’s with me?

I still say this is most well made movie ever, even after all these years. Lighting, locations, character arc, chemistry, direction of Bob Wise...it's a masterpiece. Dame Julie Andrews had a voice even angels would envy and the subtext between her and the Captain as she realized her true destiny was superb acting.

But the ones we did traditionally on holidays were Hook around the Thanksgiving time and A Christmas Story for well, Christmas. My dad and I also watched the Friday trilogy quite a bit as they came out but that doesn't really qualify for holidays except maybe the 3rd one lol.
