Darkness
Added 2020-01-29 18:01:01 +0000 UTCOf the three main Konosuba girls, I feel like Darkness gets the least love from the fans, and I really don't quite get why. Between her design and her... special interest, she seems almost like the poster girl for "fan service". Then again, maybe that in itself is why. Maybe the attempt to appeal to fans is too direct and drives folks away. In any case, she's probably my favorite; not just for the fan service-y aspect, but also I think she's just genuinely cool in her own right. Despite her ulterior motives, she really is pretty noble, and she's certainly the most kind of the party. And, yeah, the manic joy she gets from fighting (and being defeated by) monsters always makes me laugh.
