This movie ends with the beginning of the revolution or at least Katniss's introduction to it. you will find out what happened to District 12 in the next movie. They took out Cina because he made her dress a symbol of the revolution. he was in on it. I'm not saying more about that but that was Snow taking his revenge at the time it was worst for her. It would be a complete mind f to watch that happen and immediately go up to fight for your life. He wanted her off her game. Cina loved and respected Katniss and he even said in the first movie he volunteered because she inspired him. You could also see his look was Mich toned down of other capital stylists. He wasn't superficial like they are. I also love watching Effie's transformation which continues. She started the first movie loving the capital and the games. By this one when Katniss and Peeta are going in again you can tell she is changing her opinion and is beginning to see how cruel the games are. I love her character just for the character growth. Can't wait to watch you continue! also wanted to note when Katniss went in for her evaluation there was a painting on the floor of Rue with the flowers. It was Peeta's way of reminding Katniss what they were fighting for. Katniss did the hanging mannequin with Senca Crane written on it. that was the previous game maker who ate the poisoned berries at the end of the first. well he was forced to anyway. I think that was Katniss' way of mocking the people evaluating her by saying not even you are safe here.

My husband explained a lot to me bc he read the books. If it wasn’t for him I would be so confused. After watching all the movies several times it’s easy for me, now, to see all the details. But at first I didn’t understand everything that was going on.

President Snow’s mouth is full of bloody sores because for years he poisoned not only enemies but allies too. He was concerned that they would become too powerful. In order to avoid any suspicion, Snow drank the poison as well and gave himself the antidote afterward. However, the antidote was not a perfect solution. The lifelong bloody sores were the result. It also caused a smell. This is why he always has white roses with him and around him to mask the smell. I think it also was a symbol of trying to mask evil with beauty. The capital and the people tried very hard to have a beautiful and glam life but there was still evil underneath. The books talked about this but I don’t think the movies explain it.

It's in the Marriott in Alanta, GA..didn't stay, just visited. It's also where they filmed the TVA in the show Loki. Also filmed a couple scenes for the movie "Flight" with Denzal. Probably the craziest lobbies I've ever seen

There's just something about the way you guys react. Catching Fire is definitely my favourite out of the entire series. I feel like it holds a lot more weight and the characters are the best. On a small side note, may you please PotC trilogy (it is more than three films, but we don't speak of those). I like seeing you guys react to that series because you guys were so invested in the first film. Once again, I enjoyed your reaction. I'm glad I became a Patreon again. ☺️

It was a set up to over throw the government they just couldn’t tell Katniss bc Snow was riding her ass. The capital took Peeta and Joanna. They have to get them back !! Joanna was sketchy at first but soon became one of my favorite characters. It’s about to get really good. The next 2 movies are my favorite.
