Yes, Jimmy used a disguise in the commercial. He didn’t want to be recognized when he started his company in order to sell his air time that he was stuck with. He sold the filming of other people’s ads and threw in the air time for free since he was not technically allowed to sell the air time and couldn’t use it for himself since he had been suspended. That’s also why he changed his name.

Once Kim called Jimmy to drive back from Sante Fe to do some cons with her because she liked the rush. She might have not wanted to do it this time because of the danger of Jimmy’s suspension becoming permanent, but she’s been down for it in the past. Also, all Jimmy did was make the insurance people aware of Chuck’s mental illness. It’s fair. He shouldn’t be practicing law anymore! And he should definitely get SOME kind of repercussions from what he’s done to Jimmy for decades. All he suffered from the hearing was a little bit of humiliation. No ACTUAL consequences.
