Just in case it needs clarifying Peter "rejected" MJ not because he didn't love her or because he thought "she was for the streets." He did it to protect her. He figured remaining her friend would keep her safe from his enemies. Furthermore BJ says "He's hugging the killer of his father." when Harry hugs Peter at the funeral. Spiderman did not kill Norman. Norman (the green goblin) died at HIS own hand from impalement of HIS glider. Maybe BJ meant it as a figure of speech but I just thought it needed to be clarified because I literally screamed at my computer when he said that lol. I love you guys! Watching movies with you is my favorite pass time.

My mom is 70 me46, she wasn't allowed watch TV until she was in high school and only on weekends. No r&b radio secular music period in big mommas' house, they lived inside the church everyday. She's Never read/picked up a comic book or strip from newspapers. But highly encouraged my brother and I to read them, she said to use in our daily lives their morals and their goals, discipline and right n wrong. Plus would buy us pajamas movies cartoons,games everything plus private Lutheran school while she taught public school got her Master's degree in counseling from PV university. She knows what superman bats,and spiderman do, how they live, if they can die, and on & on. Where have you been baby girl seriously?? It doesn't matter how Young you are either, I must know what blocked you picking up the information just through existing in this 21st century? I'm not making fun of you Dear one, you remind me of some of my younger cousins but they are very aware of superhero characters and Fantasy magicians things like that too. I'm very curious as a retired historian and educator I'm truly fascinated with this type of sociological experiences especially from black and minority females. Not only the acting, Toby NAILED IT, but also the general cinematography and story. You don’t FEEL the Spider-Man origin trauma quite like in this one (nothing like your first, eh?) AND they do a great job on focusing on that for almost half the movie. I LOVE Sam Raimi. From the Evil Dead days, The Quick and the Dead days, and even his foray into the MCU. I really liked Multiverse of Madness. A lot of people shit on phase 4 but that one is quality.

2023-09-15 01:18:31 +0000 UTCAs Ebony said above with diving in to the deep pool of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (all connected) this Spiderman is a good place to start along with its two sequels, then the Amazing Spiderman movies, then take the list that Ebony provided to start with the next movie in release order after Iron Man (since you did that one already). For Asia, so the potion Norman drinks along with the gas enhanced his physical abilities but the side effects included making him crazy. Plus the Goblin suit also enhances his strength and speed as well. Great time watching this with you guys! Keep up the great work!

It’s best to do the release order first, it starts with Iron Man. This chart is all the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Order). There are a handful of marvel movies in the early 2000’s that are not part of the MCU, but their success is a big part of the reason we got so many connected marvel superhero movies in the MCU. This list might take awhile, but I for one will be here for each one should y’all go through with it. 🤗 you could do a regular schedule with one movie a week or every other week from the MCU. And then sprinkle another marvel movie in there periodically. I think there are 3 original Spider-Man movies and 2 The Amazing Spider-Man movies. You’ll want to finish those 5 before watching the newest Spider-Man No Way Home from 2021. Whew…😂. But yeah this is a beloved franchise. You kind of already 2 movies out by watching Ironman 1, and would go 3 out with Ironman 2. Past IM2 and Thor you hit the Avenger movies, so order will start to matter. Spiderman movies by Sony don't count so don't matter. SO Spiderman 1,2 and 3, and Amazing Spiderman 1 and 2.

Once I saw a thief running down the street, and I was gonna let him go, but then I remembered when Peter Parker let that thief go in the movie, and then his Uncle Ben got killed. So I'm standing there thinking "what if my own elderly uncle is out there walking around too? He could get hurt. " So anyways, I tackle the thief and stabbed him 27 times with a fountain pen. Uncles everywhere were saved and Walgreens got their pack of Pokemon cards back.

I'm not super into comic book movies but I really enjoyed the first 2 in this series and of course gotta love Heath Ledger in the Dark Knight. I think Spiderman 2 and The Dark Knight are the best comic book movies out there. Can't wait to watch!!! 😁✌️

We love the new Spider-Man movies but these will always be the best in our opinion. Also: This soundtrack is one of the best out of all the Marvel movies combined, as it's Danny Elfman. He does all the Tim Burton movies (Nightmare Before Christmas, Edward Scissorhands, etc) and we listen to this one still often! Also also, the director Sam Raimi is the celebrated director of the Evil Dead movies, which you should definitely check out.
