I kind of wished they would of played more into that at the end with everything he actually did with the whiteboard. Another parody that actually does this part a bit better is a movie call Wrongfully Accused with the late Leslie Neilson. That movie is a parody of The Fugitive.

This was that pre-9/11 pre-political correctness humor. It was basically "how far can we go" or "how wrong can it get" to make people laugh. It worked LOL

I love A&B but i could not subject myself to this type of stuff. I cant afford to use the brain cells on it haha. No offense to those that love it im sure you have your reasons why you love it and thats all that matters. Its just not for me and im glad you all got to watch it.

I forgot how funny this actually is. I didn’t like the over the top sex scenes, that part always grossed me out. The penis in the ear made me choke on my spit 😂😂 I forgot about that part 😂😂😂

2023-08-16 10:15:12 +0000 UTCI was 21 when that came out. Marketing did a fantastic job at making this seem real. And it worked especially bc it was the first ever “found footage”. It scared the ever loving 💩 out of me. Then 2 weeks later my sister said she saw all the actors on Letterman lol. At first I didn’t believe her. 😂😂 best scary movie experience of my life…followed by the worse let down. They should have hid those kids for 6 months. They probably would have tripled their income for that movie 😂 i remember doing research on the “found footage”. I went and bought tickets for all my friends, I think it was like 6 of us. Literally scared numb during the tent shaking scene. I will never forget that as long as live. My dad had the same experience with the exorcist. He talked about going to see that movie at the theaters and being terrified. After the Blair witch I totally understood what he meant 😂 oh also I lived across the street from the woods. I didn’t go outside at night for a while !!! 😂

Usual suspects, sixth sense, blaire witch, matrix and many more. Scream 2 is hilarious as well. But stop at scream 2 and go to a haunted house after. Wayans were taken off adter 2 so they made a "haunted house"

2023-08-16 04:54:01 +0000 UTCThis was an absolutely amazing reaction :) During that final climax with Cindy and Bobby when he was screaming "Ohhhh shiiiiii-" it just made me die laughing just like when I first saw it in theaters 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 They took bits from so many movies that were already classic - The Matrix at the end, where Cindy was Trinity, when the news reporter was running through the woods in that hand-held cam shot, as well as the up close on her face looking up at her, exactly like Blair Witch Project. When Cindy and Bobby were first together at the beginning, and the "I don't wanna wait" song came on, that was the theme song for Dawson's Creek, and so Dawson (James Van Der Beek) made a cameo and said "Oh, wrong set." They did that great parody of the Budweiser "Whassup!" ad, "Watching the game, havin' a Bud." / "Watchin' the game, smokin' some bud." Principal Squiggy at the school was played by David Lander, from the 70s sitcom Laverne & Shirley, where he played Andrew "Squiggy" Squiggman. The Sherrif was a character actor - he was ALWAYS doing guest appearances on TV shows, so you always saw his face, but wouldn't necessarily know his name (Kurt Fuller). Cindy was played by Anna Faris - Scary Movie was the first major thing she did as an actress, and put her on the map. And finally - yes, that was Carmen Elektra at the beginning of the movie :)

There was a scene in there where she was scared with the camera all up in here face and she had tears and snot running from here nose lol. Great reaction been a long time since I have seen this.

I remember watching this in theaters with my cousin when it first come out. Oh, and BTW, Marlon and Shawn actually are the one that created this movie, the next 2 as well. They stop often the 3rd one and basically sold it and someone else made the next 3 or 4. In my opinion, after 3 it kinda went south.

Great reaction. 💜 The scene in the woods with the snot bubbles was parodying The Blair Witch Project. That movie was the first of its kind to hit the big screen and I got sneak passes to see it before opening night. I don't scare easily, and that movie freaked me out. The marketing team deserved a huge payday.

There are four more of these movies in the series, but the Wayans only did the first two. David Zucker directed the last three. He also directed Airplane and the Naked Gun series so you know what you're going to get.
