I remember watching this in the theaters because I was really sick that day for some reason and ended up throwing up outside the theater right after leaving lol but this one is my favorite out of the trilogy

It’s not really that early in his career. Only in his exposure to the west. It came out in 1995, and he’s been doing movies since the early 70’s. In fact one of his first roles was in Bruce Lee’s Fist of Fury.

Also he learned all his martial arts at the Peking Opera School. So he’s always learned performing from a young age. Along with his brothers from other mothers Sammo Hung, and Yuen Biao. Sammo was a bully to him, actually, and they all hated Yuen Biao because he was so naturally flexible and talented right off the bat.

You should watch some of the movies even if you haven’t seen them before. I’ve seen most, if not close to all of what they choose to watch, but once in a while there will be something I never saw, and it gives me incentive to go ahead and see it finally. . . with friends😆

Ey yo I really appreciate this reaction. Subbed on Patreon after watching through everything on YouTube (well everything that I have seen, I usually don't watch reactions of stuff I haven't seen) and wanted to watch all the uncut versions. I subbed around the time that Rush Hour 1 dropped and was thinking 2 was right around the corner and was discouraged with all the random VIP movies that I didn't watch cause I've never seen them before so I haven't really been able to watch anything new since subbing besides the occasional Harry Potter movie. So when this popped up in my email I was very happy and it made my day! RH2 is one of my all time favorite movies, and while the 3rd isn't as good it is still worth a watch, it is still a good movie it is just hard to live up to the first 2.

When Jackie first started out, there were a lot of martial arts movies and he wanted to stand out so he combined humor and stunt tricks in his fighting choreography like in these movies. He has been injured many times over the years. You can check out Shanghai Noon

Hi A&B, are you able to adjust your microphone volume? Sometimes I can’t hear you over the movie. Also, Chris Tucker was in Michael Jackson’s extended video “You Rock My World” here is the link https://youtu.be/1-7ABIM2qjU

YES Please keep on to the 3rd movie! I bet someone already mentioned, but recently Jackie and Chris posted a pic of them holding up 4 fingers, implying on a 4th Rush Hour coming soon!

Good choice. I had never watched any of these other than the first Rush Hour, so this was fun. Chris Tucker and Jackie Chan have great on screen chemistry, probably due to them being good friends off screen as well. (Of course, rumor has it that there aren't too many people Chris Tucker isn't friends with) Funny dude. And, yes, it was Asia that gave them the 'Dynamic Duo' moniker. You can't say what she said, BJ. 😆 Anyhow , I think you need to to go back and watch one of the original buddy-cop movies, 48 HOURS. I personally voted for it over Interstellar because I thought you'd enjoy it more. But you should watch it at some point. 48 HOURS!

Jackie and Chris are a great duo. Another great Jackie duo is Owen Wilson and Jackie. In the 1800’s, cowboys.

Nothing funnier to me than the Chris Tucker singing Michael Jackson on the stage😂😂. Also I’m blonde my hair ain’t fake… I think😂😂. Final thing is that MJ and Chris were actually friends and he surprised MJ on stage once by showing up behind him on stage doing his exact dances.

Lol, yes he DOES all of his own stunts. He has some famous instances where he’s slid down a building in Rotterdam and almost died in The Accidental Spy, and in Rumble in the Bronx he broke his foot, but kept jumping from one building to the next with a special hollowed out shoe that goes over his cast. In Operation Condor he fell from a chain while swinging and broken his sternum. In Armour of God he jumped off a cliff onto a tree, he wasn’t happy so he did it again and fell directly onto his back and smashed his head on a rock that made a piece of bone go into his brain. He was bleeding like a stuck pig out of his ear.
