2023-06-15 07:42:47 +0000 UTCIt's funny: for a lot of people (myself included) it was the action that was the initial draw to the Lethal Weapon movies. But what keeps me coming back to it every so often is the character bonds and ever-present sense of family, like the sense of true brotherhood between Martin and Roger, the warmth of family with all of the Murtaughs, and the friendships like with Leo. It's a shame that all action movies can't be this wealthy in characters like them.

I love when he tells that story, makes him a little more human... I love that y'all are back to this!

Also need to do the other Star Wars prequels still and I think there is at least one more Austin Powers too. Keep up the awesome reacts videos though! You guys are awesome!!

FYI: if/when you watch Lethal Weapon 3, it has a post-credits scene. Nothing big, just a tiny little Easter egg for those that kept watching past the credits.

You gotta start somewhere yo. I guess you gotta end somewhere too. Mrs. White has the coordinates where.

Loved your reaction, agree, as much as I love the first movie? This was upped a notch. It was good getting Riggs's full story. Mel's acting was sublime imo! IIRC it was dicey considering the genuine issues in SA at the time, but I think they made it work well. Riggs wasn't telling the story casually about the night his wife died, he's just comfortable enough with Trish to be able to tell her it in that way, how he needed to, imo anyway.

And I said it in the last joe pesi post but u need to watch Gone Fishing(1997) simple and alot of stupid slapstick comedy staring both glover and pesi
