Glen Wood

It was absolutely heartbreaking, when The Night King, killed Viserion (Such a awe-inspiring, magical, amazing creature), because we have been watching this mystical Creature, since Season 1-Episode 10. And, it was even more heartbreaking to watch him, become a White Walker Dragon. Viserion seems like, he is in pain, when he blows those blue flames (Like he is burning himself, from the inside out). It was also very sad, to know that Drogon and Rhaegal, were going to deeply miss their Brother.

Erin Black

Lol, I watched another reactor, a few months ago, and the Husband of the Female Reactor, said the same exact thing, in the scene, where Daenerys is standing by the bed, and Jon Snow, was wounded, in that bed. The Husband Reactor said, "That is a nice thing to wake up to". I know you said "It's a good face to wake up to", and not "good thing"", like the other Reactor said. The couple had only been married, a couple of months, and when Dude said that, you could tell instantly, that he crossed the line. She told him off, a little on their show, but in the next show, 3 or 4 days later, the Wife said, they had been arguing for 3 whole days...Lol.

Erin Black

Viserion, is the Dragon, that got killed, by The Night King.

Erin Black

The Hound was an idiot, for throwing those rocks.

Erin Black

All of the Lieutentants of The White Walkers, or most of them, were Craster's inbred Sons...Weird.

Erin Black

It' crazy to think: There are already a million wights, and everytime a wight kills someone, that's another person added to their army.

Erin Black

It only showed 1 White Walker Bear.

Erin Black

But, Sansa also wrote that letter, because she still wanted to marry Joffrey. Cersei, Pycelle, Littlefinger, and Varys were all in the room, when she wrote the letter. Pycelle, was saying that Joffrey shouldn't marry Sansa, because she was a traitor's Daughter. He said, "A child born of a traitor's seed, is no fit consort, for a King. She's a sweet thing now, Your Grace, but in ten years, who knows what treason she may hatch?" Then, Sansa replied, "No, I'm not. I'll be a good wife to him, you'll see. I'll be a Queen just like you, I promise. I won't hatch anything." So, even though she didn't want anything bad to happen to her Dad, Ned, she absolutely, was still very eager to marry Joffrey. So, the main reason she wrote the letter, was so she could still be with her beloved, Joffrey. So, I can definately see why Arya's mad at Sansa. She pretty much made it seem, like saving Ned, wasn't the first and most important thing to be focusing on, in that Episode.

Erin Black

I have the replica of "Longclaw".

Erin Black

The reason that the hand was not still moving, was because Tyrion made Alliser Thorne wait days, to show the unburned hand to an audience. Tyrion, was "Hand of the King", to Joffrey, when Thorne brought the hand to King's Landing, so he didn't want to be made fun of for believing in "Grumpkins and Snarks". But the biggest reason Tyrion didn't let Thorne show the hand, until it was too late, was because he held a grudge against Thorne, because he didn't like the way Thorne treated him at The Wall. By the time Tyrion let Thorne show the hand to an audience, the hand had rotted, and it was just bone and gross stuff...So, the audience, practically laughed Thorne out of The Hall. So, it is Tyrion's fault, that nobody in King's Landing, saw the wight's hand moving. That is pretty petty, especially, when it was something of extremely high importance.

Erin Black

I wish Brienne and Tormund Giantsbane, would have gotten together. He would have treated her like a Queen, and they would have had some Hella strong babies. If they would have had 7 or 8 kids, they could have taken out some smaller cities, all on their own...Lol.

Erin Black

It is so cool, that Gendry, picked the "War Hammer", for his weapon, because his Father, Robert Baratheon's choice battle weapon, was the "War Hammer". I have a replica of Robert's "War Hammer", and I will tell you straight up, that if someone ever got hit with that, in the torso, all of their ribs would break (Robert even said the first time he killed a man, was with the "War Hammer", and it caved the man's whole chest in). If you hit a person in the face with it, they would definately die, and probably instantaneously. The "War Hammer" replica, that I bought, is incredibly heavy, it has spikes on both ends, and the front of the hammer (the head of the hammer), has metal things things, in rows, and columns (like a meat tenderizer, except the things that point out, have spiky heads). It reminds me of a sharp waffle. It is hard to explain, without sounding funny. It is a very dangerous weapon though. That is a promise. It is definately one of my favorite weapon replicas, that I own. Not many other men, other than Robert, could use it in battle, because, due to the weight if it. Robert Baratheon, in the books, is way bigger, than how they portrayed him, in the show. I read, that in the books, he's around 7 feet tall...Like a Giant...And, pretty much Hodor's size). The "War Hammer" that Gendry made and used, looked nothing like his Father's though. I have no doubt that Gendry had the strength to swing it, because he forges steel, and his arms are pure muscle. I like it when Gendry is taking up for Arya, because Hot Pie was picking on her, when they first met. Gendry said, "When I hit that steel, it sings. Are you gonna sing, when I hit you?" 🤣

Erin Black

Gendry (The Blacksmith, and Robert Baratheon's Bastard Son), was friends with Arya, while they were traveling to The Wall...Then he wanted to join "The Brotherhood Without Banners"...Until, they sold him off to the "Red Woman", so that Stannis could get "King's Blood" to use. Many people think that Gendry is the boy, that Cersei had with Robert...Because, all Baratheons are born with dark brown hair...Cersei told Cat, in Season 1, that she had a baby, with Robert, and it died from fever...She said she never went to visit his crypt...Gendry said he doesn't know his Mother, but he knows she has blonde hair...And, someone, with money, had to pay for him to get a Blacksmith's Apprenticeship...Cersei did not want a baby, unless it was Jaime's, because she is in love with him, and she also probably hated the fact, of having a Baratheon Baby, because she always wanted The Lannisters, to rule the 7 Kingdkms. After adding up all of these facts, I have definately jumped on the bandwagon...I believe that Gendry, is Cersei and Robert's Baby, which means that he is not a Bastard, and is truly the heir to the "Iron Throne".

Erin Black

BJ called Gendry's warhammer a mallet! Haha!

Patrick Bernardy

Also, if you were paying attention to Gilly, she gave away a big secret!

Dan Gonya

I'm sorry, but I can't believe that you guys didn't pick up on it...why would Jon be able to touch Drogon without getting roasted or bit in half when no one else could? There's a reason...

Dan Gonya

🤣🤣 my favorite reaction of all time. Hound throws rock, Asia "oh that was real stupid." I agree though, the Hounds need to mess with started a whole lot of mess

Mike Joseph

lol no one listens to bloggers or reviewers. people just hated it because it was obviously rushed by the showrunners. Its fine if you liked it, but I haven't met a single person who thought it couldnt have been better by doing a full 10 episode season. Its just disappointing that they rushed to the end.

Mike Wilkins

They are ship anchor chains most likely, and it is a bit of a plot hole. They've come a long way from the north, and they havent been carrying them this whole time. They literally just popped up out of no where. Its just one of the many things that were done in order to rush this story to an end.

Mike Wilkins

Yup.

Pink Martini AZ

Yes Robert killed rhaegar with his hammer smashing him in the chest and killing him

3BeerThunder

I don’t wanna put men in chains but if they don’t do what I want I’ll burn them alive not really a good ruler kinda mad if you ask me

3BeerThunder

Nice. Audio books are right on for me. Especially from a great narrator. I’ll have to check that out then. Thnx

Jesse

Well, he’s been following them. And I’m sure he has a partial connection to the white walkers as well. Knows what the army is doing and where they are. I wish they had gone into further detail about Benjin, and why he was able to sort of resist the change. Supposedly it has to do with having the blood of the first men as he is a Stark.

Michael King

I didn’t realize you had written this about John and the dragons, I had as well just below, lol.

Michael King

Yeah, I hadn’t made it through all of them. I have them and the audiobooks, the audio is awesome as hell. The actor who played the Pyromancer in season 2 with the wildfire reads them, and his voice work is spot on.

Michael King

Lol wow you cant be serious

SylMyl

Episode 6 is such a cool episode, the whole sequence when they are traveling beyond the wall and get stuck on the frozen lake is awesome, and the interactions with the hound and tormund and the rest of the group, was fun to see all of them together for the first time 👌

Chase Leviner

Hey Asia and BJ. Now that I got help in realizing you need two devices to watch the live stream. I’m going to try watch your live reaction to episode 7 tonight yo. Kinda like listening to a live recording of music. It isn’t really live. Hmmm. Oh well, live and let live. Thanks ☮️💙

Jesse

The chains could have come from smokers. Maybe from Alice after she broke free? Nah. I know……from fools yo.

Jesse

I heard the books were awesome. My friends read them but I never got around to it.

Jesse

Thanks Stacey. Just a bit of a collection of things my friend and I came up with when season 7 came out live. Kinda cool reliving some of it again.

Jesse

I remember when the seasons were still coming out, there was a theory that the only reason Jon was able to touch the dragon was that he was a Targaryen. And there was an allusion in the books towards Tyrion being a secret Targaryen as well. One of the other reasons his father hated him so much. That his wife had had a kid with someone else, AND he is a dwarf. He had two different colored eyes in the books.

Michael King

Riiiight????

Pink Martini AZ

Asia I’m with you. Dani just point blank roasting Sams Dad and brother was over the top. I remember my hubby and I saying that was not good. She should not have done that. That was brutal and making the wrong point. Tyrian thinks it too. Ooh, and like I said a few episodes back, Gilly and Sam reading the scrolls and books are important! Gilly’s bit revealed something important to note. I think one of your live commenters pointed out to you because you read it between episodes. Nice.

Pink Martini AZ

Great advice above. I wasn't sure how it would work either. I kinda fumbled through my first attempt. I had GOT on my TV. On my phone, I had Patreon open and clicked on their post for the live and it took me to YT. I've tried just going to YT before, but it doesn't show them on there... I think you have to connect through Patreon, but I could be wrong. Asia gives us a countdown to press play. The timer also helps, but even when I was off a little from their timer, I could figure out exactly where they were at and pause or ff for a few seconds to sync up. Also, folks in the chat will help with the timing too. Feel free to ask the chat questions. Mods are in there and are happy to help.

Stacey Capito

Your comment had me cracking up. Thanks!

Stacey Capito

AMEN!

Stacey Capito

I didn't have an issue with the last season or the last episode but everyone has their own opinion. Will be interesting to see what BJ and Asia think at the end

Michelle C

Thanks for straightening that out. Jeor Mormont. Another noble character that didn’t last too long.

Jesse

Thank you all so much for your help and for answering my questions!!

Shannon

I hope that helped Shannon.

Jesse

Criimson. Exactly. The backlash created a hate wave where all sanity and individuality went out the window. Sucked people right in. Like political propaganda. It actually made it real hard for people who enjoyed some or even a lot of it to have any kind of fun or rational discussion. I had get away from it all and the rewatch the entire season objectively and without any influence. That made a big difference and I appreciated it WAY more. Agree with bbbfst and the ending was great.

Jesse

Benjin told Bran and Meera that he couldn't get past the wall. Said the magic in its base would keep him out, so you are 100% correct.

bbbfst

I liked the last season.

bbbfst

People complaining about Bejin staying lacks any imagination. He is a wight. He most likely can't get past the wall. I like him too, but I'm not unresonable. Secondly. I've ridden horses all my life. Jon was dying right there from the cold, fast. And with two on the horse it would be slower. There are many reasons not to get hung up on this. I think people just like being angry together. Maybe makes them feel a part of something? So much nitpicks. The chains being one of the complaints i've noticed too. How do they make draw bridges? Massive chains. How did they have the scythe on the wall? Massive chains. People are so dumb they literally make an effort to ruin a good thing. Just to fit in.

Rockstar

All I know is Asia get the tissues ready for season 8 lol So sad you guys are almost thru

Elizabeth DeMerie

Thanks guys!

Tracy Smith

I think episode 5 is where I started to really have doubts about Daenerys. I was starting to towards the end of season 6 but her legacy as the daughter of the Mad King (and the sister of Viserys) really starts to creep in here. I was surprised though to find the first time around that this was an unpopular opinion. And I know other people have mentioned Jon’s true ancestry so I’m not spoiling anything, but Jon was able to touch the dragon because he’s also a Targaryen. The dragons aren’t going to hurt him.

Alicia

Jorah's dad was the original lord commander, the one who gave John Snow his velaryon steel sword.. not the one who got hung, that was Ser Alliser Thorne.

Stephen Blair

So says the masses, I actually enjoyed the final season and liked how it ended. Not necessarily the best season, but get off the "I follow what all the bloggers/reviewers" say because I cannot think for myself train

Criimson

Bruh that character with the latern mace deal? Benjin?? That guy might as well be 1940s super man with how out of the blue he comes in to save the day. I mean, the show is a show and it's got magic, but that's the SECOND time homie comes in like a bat out of hell to save essential characters only to vanish. If this were a video game, Benjin would be this really expensive skill that you can only use 3 times, but it 100 percent will get you out of any scenario lol.

Potato Jones

Idk why they didn't pick up Gendry Baratheon's hammer and take turns breaking that ice so it wouldn't freeze up. I mean when the dead started charging, the Hound broke a big ass piece of ice with 1 swing

Josh

We had to wait over 2 years for the last season. The books weren't written yet so HBO had to write the story.

Jesse McAdams

Star Wars? 😁

Peter Ortiz

I ❤️ movies. Thanks for verifying the two device advice. I couldn’t watch on my TV last night and my tablet without waking someone up. Next time I’ll try my phone and tablet. Cheers🍻

Jesse

I hope people didn’t think I was complaining. I mostly try for lighthearted and aim for humorous. Anyway. Maybe the chains come from old shipwrecks also ? Chains from the anchors ? Maybe they have used those chains( wherever they came from)for hundreds of years to help move large objects like boulders and whatnot. They could have blacksmiths or wightsmiths rather( haha) for certain things too.

Jesse

I wish I could help but my attempt failed myself. I was on the YouTube link and tried using my Max app at the same time to synchronize the episode with the reaction. I use a tablet and I even tried shrinking one of them but couldn’t use both at the same time no matter what I tried. Next time I guess I’ll use two devices or a TV and device for livestream? Not sure. Looking forward to other answers. Thanks

Jesse

They watched 7 on the live watch along last night. You can see their reaction on that post. They wanted to post the regular reaction separate. So it will come out later.

I❤️movies&tvshows

They watched 7 last night. It’s on here. They were so excited after 6 they couldn’t stop. It’s on the live watch along.

I❤️movies&tvshows

You have to watch it on another device. If you cast from your tv the reaction from your phone. Then You need another device to watch the show on like an iPad, laptop or computer. Or If you have a smart tv the max app will be on there. Watch the show on the tv and their reaction on your phone. You need two devices to do a watch along. It was very easy to sync. They stop between episodes and they have a timer on screen so you don’t get lost.

I❤️movies&tvshows

Would someone mind telling me how doing a watch along works? I’ve never done one before. I usually cast the video from Patreon from my phone to my tv (so I’m assuming I’d just open YouTube on my tv to watch a live. But then where do I put my show to watch along? I’d also probably want to see that on my tv too. Never done one of these so if anyone has pointers I’d appreciate it. 😊

Shannon

Fore warning the last season is the worst season of all.it ruins the show for alot of people

Max

Glad I didn't miss out on them doing episode 7 too. I got sleepy lol

Deavon Richards

Remember the knife that Arya gave Sansa is the knife that was used to try and kill Bran many seasons ago.

Mr Jackpots

Or from home. We don't know where they come from and what they have. They are thousands of years old, So could the chains be. People just grasp at complaints because it's popular and gets a high five for joining in. Just use your imagination and fill in some blanks. Like we used to. Maybe they got one from the wall thousands of years ago, one connected to the scythe. There was a White Walker Night King at the nights watch, or so it was said. Not impossible that he used the chains beyond the wall for something and left them there.

Rockstar

Just re-watched what I missed during last night’s stream. I love the Beyond the Wall episode. Poor Hound having to ride a fire breathing dragon. And Gendry and the whinging. Great episode that brings a lot of cool characters together.

Melissa

And if anyone is wondering where in the hell did the Walkers and the Army of the Dead get those heavy duty, monster sized chains. My guess is probably from “Hard Home Depot” yo. ⛓️

Jesse

These two episodes are fire and ice for real yo. First you get an extended Memorial Day weekend with a Tarly family cookout.🔥🍖And then end it with the North of the wall Winter Olympics. No disrespect to Daenerys’s dragon Viserion, but that javelin throw by the Night King could win a Gold Medal .🥇Plus that arm with that perfect spiral would have NFL scouts salivating.🏈 And I always thought that the lake where all of those great characters fought together would make for some amazingly awesome ice hockey games. 🧊🏒In words of Wayne and Garth. “Game On.” 🥅 Great reactions. Thanks Asia, BJ and Fam.💙 ☮️

Jesse

Loved the reaction you two. So excited for episode 7! My best friend and I still argue about that episode 5 years after the fact. Will be anxiously awaiting your thoughts after you finish watching it :)

Greg Hoenig

Perfect explanation. Was really hoping someone would do just this much for them.

Greg Hoenig

Thank you so much for this. Love your reactions, they're the best. Can't wait for more. Appreciate ya all. :)

Wendy

The scene where Sam was copying the record of the old guys shits contained a very important bit of information which you probably missed (Asia caught it). Gilly read the passage from the diary about Prince Rhaegar Targaryen having his marriage annulled and being married to someone else in a secret ceremony. Rhaegar was Daenerys older brother. I wondered who he married? The wife he left was Elia Martell, brother of Oberyn and Doran Martell. She was murdered by Sir Gregor who also killed Oberyn. It's a tangled web.

Mr Jackpots

A lot of people don’t like the seventh season, and it has its flaws, but I really like the badasses all together north of the wall. It was kind of unnecessary, but the best part of the last two seasons is all of our favorite characters coming together.

Michael King

They couldn’t use the sound for the live or YouTube would have taken it down or blocked them.

Michael King

That weapon Gendry used is a warhammer I believe, King Roberts weapon of choice was a warhammer as well....like father like son.

HeauxHalter

This is so much easier for me than the live stream. I couldn't sync where you were, the timer was the opposite of what I see on the Max app. They do the count backward from however long the episode is. Maybe next time can you let the sound play might be easier for me to figure out where you are in the episode. So glad you guys are enjoying the show, I enjoy watching it with you!

Jolene

"I'm not here to murder." Proceeds to burn two prisoners alive

SlavicGold

Well aren't we just getting spoiled today. I dunno where to start, GoT or Sopranos. Thanks again! 🔥 & ❄

Darth Brooks

Yeah last night was cool. Can't wait to do it again. Thanks for the upload.

Rio Mendoza

Last night was great! Agree with Michelle will rewatch for what I missed!

Kim Cottingham

Last night was a blast!

Joanie Archetto

I'm hyped!

Nullifidian

Yay now I can watch it again and actually kind of hear your comments a little bit better then last night although last night was a lot of fun! Thanks for delving into episode 7 even though you hadn't planned it. It's amazing what a little patreon pressure will do 😂😂💜
