Since Lysa was dead, the guards at the Bloody Gate had no good reason to let Arya and the Hound into the Eyrie. Those guards did not know of Sansa's presence - as Sansa Stark - they thought she was just a Niece of Littlefinger/Baelish. And Sansa had no idea that Arya was anywhere near either... So Arya and the Hound turn back... No reunion. Damn but this show is insane with near misses.

And, his woman, Ellaria Sand, let out the most horrific scream. I wish they would have kept his character around longer. And, yeah it is sad, when Ygritte dies, but hey, they are married in real life, and have many more years together, more than likely.

Also, It is made clear in the show that they cut all of the private parts off of Varys, Theon, and the Unsullied Army.

2023-04-23 00:07:24 +0000 UTCIt’s strange watching Pedro Pascal play Joel on The Last of Us and then playing Prince Oberyn in Game of Thrones with you guys. But I’m having a blast! Prince Oberyn had him. He was winning up until he got cocky and let the mountain trip him… ughhh I really liked Prince Oberyn. The scene of Jon holding Ygritte as she died gets me every time. They really did love each other even though they were on different sides. It was also sad to see Pyp die with an arrow through his neck and Grenn die holding the gate. They have been with Jon from the first day he arrived at Castle Black.

He did.” Your reaction and convo afterwards was awesome. Hahaha. Game of Thrones does not disappoint. Oh and that little kid shooting and killing Ygritte was perfection. Because it was her and those bald headed freaks who slaughtered that kids parents and his village before his eyes. I never cared for Ygritte. I woulda shot that beeyach too.

The music is so intense, the one shot scanning the entire battle, the attention to every main characters moments, then the men holding the gate while yelling their vows always gets me and gives me goosebumps and ofcoarse, Jon and Igrid, you guys, it gets me every time so tragically beautiful. I am glad that she was able to relay to Jon that she still loved him even if she didn’t say it, he knew and she knew that he knew 😫🥹

He just got a little too cocky. Seasons 4 & 5 were definitely my favorite. So much packed into these episodes.

Me, my roommates at the time, and our neighbors. We'd finish the weekly episode and talk it over a while- but not this time, jack. We kept backing it up and rewatching like it was finna change or something 😆 then we just kinda sat quiet for what seemed like an eternity haha it still hits hard even when I know what's coming!
