The Dreadfort on the map is the home of Roose Bolton who betrayed Robb Stark and stabbed him. His son Ramsay is the one torturing Theon. Their banner is a flayed man and you already figured out that Daenerys is in Meereen. Winterfell is the Stark family home, but after Theon tried to claim it and failed, Winterfell was burnt down which is why it looks like that on the opening map.

Love how well you have both learned the names and are into all the stuff going on! Great job!! The funny thing about the Lannister's and them being broke and in debt is their house's motto is "a Lannister always pays their debts". LOL!!
