The other event was called, "Massacre of Glencoe", and it took place in 1692. It makes it that much worse, to think that this has happened in real life, and more than once. There are truly some cold hearted, betraying people in this world.

We all know that incest can cause birth defects, and we all know that Targaryans married within the family, to keep pure blood lines. So, if the Mad King, was born of incest, he could have passed this down to Tyrion. And, since Asia and BJ have have already watched all 8 Seasons, I can say this, without leaving any spoilers: When the dragons were in the dungeon, chained up, they let Tyrion touch them.

It’s hard to keep up because the wolves are only seen occasionally. The sewed the wolfs head on Robb’s body. That’s what Arya saw sitting on the horse. The man who did it is who she killed later on in the episode. You guys are awesome. Keep up the good work❤️

This show is a RIDE for sure, and there are still 5 seasons left! I don’t think many of us watching thought anything of them closing the doors either, but Catelyn definitely did. As soon as the musicians started playing “The Rains of Castamere,” she knew something was up. Remember in the previous episode where Cersei was telling Margery about House Reyne and how they were once the most powerful family, but they were all slaughtered. She pulled up the sleeve on Lord Bolton’s robe and saw that he had chain mail on underneath. No reason to wear armor to a wedding unless you already know there’s going to be violence.

And in the book tyrions hair is more blonde that the other lannisters and he has 2 different color eyes when is a targaryan trait

After the Red Wedding, we all sat in perfect silence while the credits rolled, just staring at the screen slackjawed and looking at each other in complete disbelief. I always thought it was a great series, but that's the moment I knew it was among the best TV shows ever made.

The Campbells went to a feast on MacDonald land to try and convince them to give their allegiance to the new King of Scotland who was also King of England. During the feast the Campbells slaughtered 36 MacDonald men, women, and children. They were cursed by the other clans, not because of the killing itself, but because they were guests when the did it. Over 300 years later and it hasn't been forgotten. Business as usual in medieval times. The show got it right.

Mainly Freys and Lannisters. Lady Stoneheart. She lacks any warmth or compassion and since her throat was cut she can’t really speak. Hangs all of her victims. It would have been cool if the writers included that in the show, but it wouldn’t have worked as well with other things. Especially Brienne’s storyline.

Eating bread and salt under the roof of Walder Frey is supposed to give them Guest Rights. When Bran tells the story of the Rat Cook in Episode 10, it shows you how important Guest Rights are suppose to be in Westeros.

When Cat saw the doors close and heard the band playing "the rains of castamere" she already knew then that something was up. *That was Rob's wolf they killed and stuck its head on his body. So the Stark wolves left are Shaggy Dog (Rickon's), Summer (Bran's) and Ghost (Jon's).

You saw earlier when she talked to the drunken bandit that had Arya, he’s a priest too and uses the lord of light to bring the other guy back from the dead, the one-eyed guy that the hound almost cut in half down the middle. Their religion is about trying to gain influence. The drunk was supposed to convert King Robert, but Robert does what he wants, and now he’s dead. Her job was to get stannis to the throne, so this war of the five kings, (Joffrey, Renly, Stannis, Robb, and Theon’s father) was her mission, but she can see that squabble means nothing next to the threat of the white walkers coming to kill EVERYONE. That’s why she was so quick to be like “nope, don’t kill him, we need him.” She’s legit, and has seen “a great battle fought in the snow” if you remember what stannis said he saw in the fire when she had him looking at it. She’s tricksy, but she’s the real deal.

I was completely caught off guard by it, which is why I strongly dislike it when people post "hints" to reactors beforehand. It can taint the experience. I read the books a while after and iirc Robb's wolf growls at some Freys shortly before it happened, knowing what will come that scene hurt.

I can see... no, I can feel the sadness, the anger and I can remember my same sense of loss and desire to just stop watching the show (Glad I didn't but the feeling was real at the time) Gut Punch to the nth degree.
