I think it was though. The White Walkers all look similar, but not exactly the same. This one looked just like the one Sam saw on a horse-wight at the end of S2. The foot-soldiers of the Army of the Dead are called wights, and yes they are made by White Walkers reanimating corpses. Unlike actual zombies, though, wights can move fast in combat, fast and furious. Actual zombies are ALWAYS SLOW moving. See original Night of the Living Dead and Dawn of the Dead and D&D and Haitian folklore as well. SLOW. If they're not slow, they're not zombies. Period.

And it's made clear later, but most people (including creators reacting) miss that Sam had a whole bag full of Dragonglass knives, daggers, spearheads and arrowheads. Probably Grenn and Edd took one or two each when they found them at the Fist of the First Men, but Sam kept the rest.

Lol...B.J. saying that Theon was about to get circumsized...That would have been way better than what Theon actually got...Theon got completely castrated...Ramsay took his pillars and his stones". I looked up how men were supposed to pee, when they got castrated, back in the day, and it said that a little hole is made in the bladder, and a tube is put in, and then they sew it back up around the catheter. Ramsay is a psychopath. I truly believe that he is worse than Joffrey.

In the scene where Tyrion comes in the apologize to Sansa about the whole situation, and they go on about how he knows how she feels and she says there's no way she knows how she feels...if right then and there, they had Tyrion explain the entire Tysha situation to her, I feel like it would have gone a long way to establish an empathy between the two of them, plus, let the audience in further on the emotion Tyrion still feels about marriage and women and whores in general. Huge, blown opportunity in my book.

You were asking about tyrions age I believe he's 28 in the books the actors they have playing the lords are all older than the characters they play..i.e Ned stark was 18 when he went to war in roberts rebellion Jon snow his Oldest is 18 when he joins the nights watch so Ned was 36

The white walkers all look like that, and they turn dead people into ice zombies basically. Like the one that came back to life and tried to kill Mormont at castle black. They are different to the white walkers. That’s what the girl, Osha (sp?) who is with Bran was talking about with her man. He must have died while he was away and came back to her as a zombie. Craster was giving his boy babies to the white walkers so this one was coming for the baby boy that “escaped” with Sam. It isn’t necessarily the one we saw earlier on the horse.

your question about harenhall being where stannis is, is a no. Stannis is at dragonstone, which is where the targaryan family (danerys's family)was. Harrenhall is a destoyed mess that is just being used as a garrison basically by various armies throughout the past couple seasons.

Sandor and Arya are the best in the whole series. Hardassess make the best father figures. Looking forward to the next few episodes especially. Also Valerian steel is either magical or has obsidian in it, it's been a few years since I read the books. I read the dance of dragons on a tablet and I still remember how bad my eyes burned afterwards. Paper books are still the best.

I forgot about Sam killing the white walker. A great ending. But Tyrion at his wedding, getting hammered, threatening to cut Jeffrey’s manhood off and then refusing to rape Sansa really is just the best. I’m glad you’re starting to like him.

Obsidian (Dragon Glass) is the only thing that can kill the white walkers. There's lots of it around where there is or has been volcanic activity. It's formed when lava is cooled very quickly like when it hits water. It looks like black glass and can be worked into very sharp edges. Very good for arrowheads and knives. It's brittle and not very durable so once tribal people acquire iron they stop using it.

Harrenhal is the castle that is practically in ruins from dragon fire.. its where Tywin and Arya were when she was his cup bearer.. it keeps changing hands between the northerners and the Lannisters. Dragonstone is Stannis' castle.

Ahhhh I’m halfway through and had to comment. The relationship between Jaime and Brienne is one of the best parts of this whole series. The scene where she says “goodbye, Ser Jaime” and his expression when she says it makes me misty every time I see it. It’s the first time he’s been treated like an honorable person in years. You’re going to enjoy watching his arc. And hers.
