I really wish the "Captions" were on. I always stick up for two, but you are missing extremely important conversations, by not turning the "Captions" on, plus I would like to read the "Captions".

Yoren was a member of the Night's Watch in the "Game of Thrones" series. He helped Arya Stark because he was tasked with recruiting new members for the Night's Watch, and he saw potential in Arya. When Arya's father, Eddard Stark, was executed, Yoren felt a sense of duty and responsibility to protect her, which led him to take her under his wing and help her escape from King's Landing. Yoren's actions were driven by a sense of honor and duty, as well as a desire to protect Arya from harm.

How were you guys on season 3 and you don't know who the hound is ... don't know who littlefinger is. I feel like you guys get amnesia as soon as a scene is over. Lol I have 3 pages of notes front and back of everything you have gotten wrong since season 3 started. It is so entertaining how much you get wrong it's like you're watching a different series. I tried making notes of the things you say that are accurate but I couldn't find anything to write down. Might Go back and rewatch The Hound is not who was there for Arya when Ned lost his head it was the Guy that came down from the Wall looking for new recruits to join the Black. The Hound was the one that Saved Sensa from those guys during the attack on the King Though.

Asia, you have people mixed up. In this episode, they have Sandor Clegane aka "The Hound" tied up in the cave. Arya accused him of killing her friend who she was playing swords with when her wolf bit Joffrey back in S1. He is not the same man who kept Arya from seeing her father get beheaded and then helped her escape Kings Landing pretending to be a boy. That man was a member of The Nights Watch and was taking Arya home when he was killed and then Arya and her two friends, Hotpie and Robert's bastard (Gendry) went on their own and then got captured where Arya was serving Tywin Lannister. They escaped there are are now with the group called the Brotherhood. I also love that last scene when Daenerys started speaking in that language, Valyrian, and they realized she understood everything. So now she had her own army and three dragons.

The character that captured Theon hasn't even been named yet and is intended to be a mystery for almost the entire season, so yes, that is a MASSIVE spoiler you just casually dropped. So, to summarize, at the end with Khaleesi... now she has a full Army of loyal super soldiers, that she freed from slavery. She has an air force of 3 young dragons, and even her 1 ship. She also has 2 former disgraced (but deadly)Knights, as loyal personal bodyguards, and still some Dothraki bodyguards too. Plus, she freed/bought Mesende, who is her new female advisor, who knows all the dirt, strategy, language, politics, of the cities. Do you see how powerful she just became! :)

I love the actor who plays him, but hate the character of Ramsay Bolton. So much. Ramsay is a hardcore, psychopathic sadist. He makes Joffrey seem normal. I don’t think that’s too much of a spoiler, you saw how well he manipulated Theon even shooting his own men point-blank just to keep his manipulation going. And you saw how he smiled when he finally tied Theon back up. He’s something else. It’s easy to get people confused in this series between similar names like Tyrion and Tywin, and similar-looking people like Podrick (Pod) and Gendry. I thought those two were the same person for a long time. The Hound saved Sansa when she was attacked during the Battle of Blackwater, but I don’t think he’s really run into Arya yet, except for before her father was killed. Remember, The Hound (Sandor Clegane), is disfigured on the right side of his face from when his brother, The Mountain (Gregor Clegane) held him in the fire. Burned face, stringy hair, sour and haggard expression: The Hound. You guys had the same reaction I did at the end of episode 4. It’s one of my favorite endings in the series. My favorite is in a few seasons later—I’m sure those who’ve seen the show can guess which episode 😉 Can’t wait til we get to that one, but that’s practically a lifetime from now in GoT story time!

Arya was talking about the time Joffrey came to Winterfel and lied about the butcher’s boy, Micah, who was practicing sword play with Arya. Joffrey was being a bully and lied about why the direwolf attacked him. The “hound” was then ordered to find the direwolf and Micah, who ran. They chased him down until he died.

When Daenerys killed that bald guy at the end I cheered so loud the first time I saw that episode. You guys were right Littlefinger is Lord Baelish. The Hound (the man with burnt face) saved Sansa from being raped in Kings Landing by the angry mob attack. He seems a little mean sometimes but underneath is a man with a soft spot. His brother the Mountain is the one who burned his face.

You might have heard them mention Rhaegar Targaryen in episode 3 you'll hear him mentioned a lot throughout the show. That's Daenerys' oldest brother, not the brother Khal Drogo killed in the first season. Daenerys was too young to remember him. King Robert killed him in the rebellion.

You were asking where Arya is. Arya is in the middle of the country called the river lands. Very close to her mother and brother. Her mother, Catelyn grew up at Riverrun. That is what you just saw in this episode. The funeral for Catelyns father at riverrun. Last post Arya was at Hararenhall in the same area. She escaped Harrenhall and was captured by the men of the brotherhood. They were at the inn eating when Sandor Clegane came in and identified Arya. The far north of the country is beyond the wall. Where Jon snow, Lord Commander of the nights watch Geor Mormont and some of the nights watch are. Then the northern border is the wall. Winter fell is below the wall. In this episode you saw another castle in the north where Theon is. Then the middle of the country. Jamie, Arya, Catelyn, and Robb are all there now. To the south of that is kings landing where Tyrion, Cersei etc are. Khaleesi is across the see in Astaphor with Jorah Mormont (Not to be confused with Geor Mormont the Lord Commander of the nights watch). It’s important to remember that The Hound and The Mountain are brothers. The Mountain is who they are talking about in this episode. The hound has the burned face. The Hound is who killed the butchers boy in season 1. Remember when the wolf bit Joffrey and they ordered the wolf killed. The Hound rode down the butchers boy and killed him in the same episode. That is why Arya hates him. He killed her friend. It’s always a good idea to watch “previously on game of thrones” before each episode. Even going from one to the next. It’s one reason you guys are confused. Each of the “previously” the writers remind you of things that happened in the past that will be relevant to this episode. It is not a review of the last episode before you watch the next one. It’s a reminder of something that happened before that will be important in this episode. Like the map. The writers are trying to help you understand. You guys really are doing a very good job. It’s a lot to remember and no one expects you to have it all down. That is why most people watch this series more than once. Probably a good portion of your Patreon people have seen this show before and felt confusion too the first time. That’s why these comments are great. Other people had to sit on their couch and wonder about this stuff the first time they saw it. We can at least help you understand who people are and what happened before. Once you get to season 4/5 you will know who all these people are. Once you see the same people for 4 or 5 seasons it’s easier to remember.

Ok. So the guy who was hugging Arya when Ned was killed was Yoren, not the hound. Yoren was from the Night’s Watch and had come to Kings Landing to ask Ned to supply him some men. When Ned was being walked out to his execution, he shouted Baelor when he saw Yoren, drawing his attention to Arya, who was sitting up on the statue of Baelor. Yoren knew to go grab her and keep her safe. The Hound (the one tied up in the cave) was the one who offered to take Sansa out of Kings Landing and also saved her from being raped.
