My favorites are the scene from Alien when the creature pops out of the guys stomach (same actor) and goes into a song and dance routine which is from a Looney Tunes cartoon called One Froggy Evening. Then of course the ending scene from Planet of the Apes where Charlton Heston finds the head of the Statue of Liberty on the beach and realizes he's on the Earth in the far future and mankind has destroyed itself. The Vulcan neck pinch from Star Trek, Princess Leia's space bun headphones, Prince Valium from the old newspaper comic strip Prince Valiant. They just go on and on.
