Great reaction- he is a "genius creep" :-) ! Please do the sequel Hannibal- with Julianne moore (takes Jodie Foster's role- but does it very very well) and of course Anthony Hopkins reprises his famous role and the cinematography in it is amazing (they shoot it in Italy / Florence) and the mental thriller part is just as amazing as the first one!

2023-06-07 14:34:52 +0000 UTCBuffalo Bill wasn't Hannibal's patient, he was a lover of Hannibal's patient, Benjamin Raspale, the guy who's head was in the storage room. Presumably, Buffalo Bill was the one who killed and decapitated him, and Dr.Lechter found him dead after missing several appts.

This would be the follow up to Silence of the Lambs. Hopkins also reprised the role in a movie called Red Dragon, which is a remake of the 1986 movie "Manhunter". Red Dragon is set in the same universe as "Silence", and has some bits that add to the story, but you should check out Manhunter too - it's a great movie, where Lecter (spelled Lektor) was played by Brian Cox.
