2025-12-21 22:15:33 +0000 UTCegghead way better then wano, its first arc post time skip that wasnt boring to watch at any point, every episode had good pacing and something interesting in it. Also the amount of lore drops and reveals as well, wano still a legendary arc but i would put it in my top 5, egghead is top 3 for me, cant wait for elbaph, it might even be better then egghead if the the pacing and animation keeps up.

2025-12-21 21:53:59 +0000 UTCI also liked Wano better, sure the pacing was...uh really bad. but the CHARACTERS were waaay better than eggheads, I don't care at all (besides shaka, but he died so early) about any of the vegapunks, hate the marines and the 5 elders, none of the citizens even matter... and sure egghead had some good moments, but most of the good stuff about it was the lore and some of the fights and that's it, it honestly felt too short tbh. Wano just had better more emotional moments too. just my opinion

Wano was a bit too long with more boring moments than egghead (Like Luffy training in the camps). For me the highlights of Wano that I enjoyed were: - Seeing the entire crew together again after so long at that point - Yassuie - Oden Flashback - Certain parts of the raid on Onigashima - Gear 5 Egghead highlights: - Erasure of Lulusia - Meeting Vegapunk for the first time - Robin learning Saul survived - Kuma flashback - Fighting the Elders - LORE!!!

2025-12-21 19:50:50 +0000 UTCTo answer your question, Egghead is better. Wano has some great moments, but you also have to remember how much bloat and padding there was. Think about many times you said “Holy fuck why isn’t Kanjuro dead yet?” or “Oh my god how long is this ice oni tag shit gonna go on for?” Meanwhile Egghead is all killer no filler. Luffy vs Lucci rematch, the Seraphim fights, Law vs Blackbeard, Kid vs Shanks, Garp vs Aokiji, Koby’s Honesty Impact, Luffy vs Kizaru, the Kuma flashback, and then the five elders dropping in like a nuke, and then the past few episodes being banger after banger. Call it recency bias all you want, but at the moment I put Egghead as the second best arc of all time after only Water 7/Enies Lobby, with only Marineford as a solid contender for its place.
