There is a mecha/gundam anime for everyone. And Nick, lemme tell ya, there's PLENTY you would LOVE. Gundam Thunderbolt is so kickass. I hope it gets on a poll sometime.

When her cold face finally drops and she asks him to come save her makes me cry everytime. The 2 movies just recap the entire show but with added scenes and better animation. There are parts of the show in the last 5 episodes not done in the movie so its worth watching the show those parts are good but the movie extends the final final fight ALOT and makes it 10xs better. You dont need to watch the first movie if you don't want its the pre time skip stuff redone with some more sakuga scenes. the 2nd movie you need to 100% watch beccause it adds a ton content and some of the most memorable scenes ever made.
