That voice acting and the animation was off the charts in that movie. Although, I suggest that you give some of the fillers a shot. There's quite a bit of filler that gives amazing depth to both the world building a character building. Yes, to you, even Shino shows his strong side. Although, Shino is actually OP as fuck. Just imagine if he had control over mosquitos... That basically his bug. You don't hear them, you don't feel them until it's too late. Kishimoto nerfed him so fucking hard because he was written to be WAY too OP. Anyway, give some the filler a chance between Naruto and Boruto. I know you have your schedule full with epic anime but there are episodes that are canon that seem like filler as well like Shikamaru shinden, Sasuke shinden, Guy shinden. There is quite a bit of world building fillers in Naruto and Shippuden that I suggest you watch Holy fuckin drunk bible...

Its showing something of your past while you was 5 years younger. You dont have those connections and tha5s why the flashback doesnt aim to you

Obito’s life and inspiration which drives him forward (rin) 2. Black Zetsu says he is a failure and the flashbacks show us Obito seeing everything that he did as “Madara” showing his character growth that he now thinks all those actions were his mistakes. 3. The obvious moment with Naruto showing when Obito started recovering who he was.
