Back in middle school, I read the Dressrosa arc in the manga so many times that I remember almost everything. After realizing that this part was cut, I started having doubts about One Pace.

Ichiji and the others are characters that tend to be disliked because of their attitude toward Sanji, but I personally think that they are pitiful considering that they were created without emotion. If he had been born normally, I can imagine that he and Sanji would have become good friends.

Luffy would stop Zoro from interfering – If Zoro tried to step in, Luffy would immediately tell him, "Stay out of this. This is between me and Sanji." Zoro respects Luffy’s authority and wouldn’t go against his captain’s wishes. Zoro wouldn’t attack Sanji – He might get frustrated or call Sanji out for "acting weak," but he wouldn’t fight him because he knows Sanji isn’t doing this by choice. Zoro values loyalty, but he trusts Luffy – While Zoro hates betrayal, he trusts Luffy’s judgment. Since Luffy willingly took the hits, Zoro wouldn’t interfere. Zoro might react differently, but he wouldn’t change the outcome – Instead of taking a beating like Luffy, Zoro might have confronted Sanji with words, but ultimately, he would let Luffy handle it. Conclusion If Zoro was there, he wouldn’t just stand by without frustration, but he also wouldn’t attack Sanji. Luffy made a decision, and Zoro would respect it.

That whole thing aired as a one hour special back in the day and had a lot of back and forth and 3 ad breaks so it was weird. Still good ofc, but a bit jank. One Pace made it flow perfectly. Good stuff
