2025-01-12 03:10:59 +0000 UTCI kind of think that Season 3 is the way it is because that's where the novel goes. It is a fairly faithful adaptation of the novels. From my perspective, it appears, therefore, that most people who like the novels, like the anime; I think the manga readers tend to be more like anime-onlies, and anime-onlies were the most disappointed. But I agree that the presentation could have been better, particularly in the first half of Season 3, it does seem to improve stylistically in the second half. And, as a novel reader, I don't complain as much about the meetings, as I do about the poor representation of the battles that do occur (which have had their flaws since the beginning).

2025-01-09 22:00:52 +0000 UTCPeople have decided the movie is canon because, I think, the original author wrote the story; nothing in the movie contradicts any of the three main source materials--the light novels, manga, and anime (the true source is considered to be the novels, and the anime and manga are based on them); and because there are useful events and explanations in the movie that people want to use. It's true a few bits from the movie are used in Season 3, but mainly character appearances. Everything I said also applies to the OVAs.

Just talking in the conference room for six episodes was enough for the viewer to lose interest I also like slime, but I also understand the feelings of people who don't really like season 3 ..
