They are similar but when hearing side by side you can immediately tell which one is Dio Also you'll probably figure it out soon but these first few episodes take place chronologically between the kids getting the spirits and them graduating which is why Rimuru is still visiting them frequently as he hasn't left yet

Japan often does this to anime/LN as opposed to saying the full synopsis they call titles for these animes. Like how we in the freedomland refer to it as Slime (Suraimu) instead of the cringy full sentence they call a title. Imagine unironically saying you watch an anime called "That Time I Got Shivved In The Street By My Kouhai's Hot Actress GF's Stalker And Reincarnated As A Slime" and referring to it as that throughout the conversation instead of just one word. Not even the Japanese would do that.
