Just like Hajime no Ippo for me, Major gives you that inspiration to pursue a better way of life and to go after your dreams. The openings are all bangers on top of all that!

2024-11-21 11:59:17 +0000 UTCIf I had to choose, Ippo 100%. Ippo fights are probably one of the best in anime, comedy is great, and it's pretty unique for a sports anime imo. You can tell the author has a passion for boxing. Kuroko is great too, but it's your usual cliche sports anime, just written well. Kuroko and haikyu is the same anime, just replace the sport lmao.

2024-11-20 23:04:36 +0000 UTCAo ashi is extremely good and accurate. I prefer it over Blue Lock (don't get me wrong, I love BL as an entertainment, but it lacks depth and accuracy). BL is extremely entertaining, epic and hype. Ao Ashi anime has more depth, various emotions (sadness, despair, hype, joy), character development and you learn more about football.it depicts a pretty accurate vision of the youth football formation, and teach you well about football and tactics (while Blue lock focuses mainly on forward profiles, this anime treats of every role) . It is a heartwarming story, extremely beautiful and emotional journey. Also if i remember well episode 5 made me tear down, it has one of the mots emotional scene I've watched. And episode 13 has an incredible plot twist. You should try it out someday. I think every football fan would prefer Ao ashi over blue lock. But if you're not a football fan, you'll still love Ao ashi for the story and emotions (and you would love it more if you're interested in knowing more about football)

It's more of a personal thing for me but it's like looking at an anime written about my life. Thats why I love it so much. Also WAY better depiction of football than blue lock. I like blue lock for different reasons but in terms of representing what football is as a sport, Aoashi does it near perfectly.
