He says so at the end of the video, there should still be 2 episodes going forward unless he decides one of the episodes isn't worth posting and cuts that too. That being said next up is the 2 non-canon fan-service OVAs which are equally worthless but still entertaining, so either he posts both of them or cuts both and posts 2 of the OVA trilogy that kicks off the firsy Tensura Season 2 Arc: The Season 1 Cut Content OVA 1-3 and S2 Eps 1-X

Also they aren't filler, they are the cut episodes from season 1 that they changed their minds on making and added them in when they realized how important they are.

Waste of my time, next up is the OVAs on Thursday" so he cut out the episode since he didn't think there's anything worth seeing there. 2024-11-21 15:36:25 +0000 UTCYeah, you can see some characters in background cameos in season 3, along with some Slime Diaries characters (some of which will be very important in future seasons). The only things that aren't canon are the first 2 OVAs, which are just fan-service and their only contributions to the plot are a trade deal with a lake monster that's never mentioned again, and one of the dwarves having a crush on Shuna which is completely abandoned when the writers later realized this ship contradicts later plotpoints so they won't be doing a satisfying pay-off and probably don't want to reject him, so it's safe to pretend these 2 episodes don't exist

All OADs past the third one are canon and need to be watched before Season 2, although judging by his Twitter post, he already watched (and probably enjoyed) the beach OAD with the tentacle bondage and trade deals
