This is a good point, Nick skipped over a flashback that wasn't really a flashback one or a few reactions ago (Naruto and Kakashi after 1st arc). Unrelated: I have gotten over Patreon not being caught up to the streams because I'm saving lots of money not being subbed to Nick on Twitch anymore. The only thing that kind of bothers me is that he reacts so childishly that I'm starting to think I'm not in the target audience. hey norman, you might be gone now but this is for you and the others who might think nick fake his reactions. Im someone who doesn’t really care and thinks he doesn’t really fake his reactions, so these are my views to help give you guys get an idea on why i think this. about the cave, nick might have thought the hideout would be another cave like the one he just met itachi’s clone in, or subconsciously remembers the part in the Naruto opening, or he has seen other reaction channels’ thumbnails as he says he looks at them to find out what are the best thumbnails. I think he has seen pics/clips/maybe a few episodes on an anime reaction channel before. Maybe a few episodes before he properly went into the anime world. So I think he thnks he hasn’t been actually spoiled, and I think that too, as he seems to not remember, and so it doesn’t really matter as they probably weren’t important moments, or with context, and he didn’t watch the anime in its entirety. about the other link, in his most recent stream, he went live 30 mins earlier than he said he’d go live to address the rumours. From memory, he said he was at a much lower place during those tweets and he lied to join communities, like anime and kpop. And so he said he watched the animes on those tweets to fit in and maybe have more eyes on him, if he did do content creation at that time. It seemed like he didn’t want to admit that he lied back then just to fit in, socialise and be involved. Maybe he convinced himself he watched it technically as he knows characters or bits and pieces, which is understandable. About the gf, if it’s not true it doesn’t really matter but it really looks like he hasn’t watched basically 99% of most of not all the animes he’s reacted to. And whatever he does know, it probably wasnt a major spoiler, maybe a picture scene or a character with their new powers. About the thumbnails, I don’t think it is fair for him to not have “first time reaction” because he saw a minor picture of a character or scene that he hardly remembers and isn’t a major spoiler. Plus, actually, it was his first time reaction to most of the episodes he’s watched in my opinion, and it’s clickbait so it’s meant to bait them in whether it’s completely true or not. I also don’t think he can watch so closely and so engaged and be so reactionary for someone who has watched the anime even if it was a long time ago. And about the predictions, sometimes his old memories might affect it but he probably isn’t aware or doesn’t care anymore as it genuinely doesn’t remember much/ confused if it has happened or not. Plus most pictures, it’s hard to tell if it’s fan made or real so u think “maybe or maybe not. We’ll just have to wait.” Most are fan-made, and with clips and episodes u need context otherwise it’s not a big deal or spoiler, and he probably has watched more clips than a few amount of episodes from random anime reaction channels. So all in all, he hardly remembers, genuinely doesn’t look like he has watched any anime episodes and if he does , it was a few and a long time ago, before he did content creation for anime. And I think he genuinely thinks he isn’t spoiled and doesn’t look like it, and I think so too. And sometimes predcitions might mix with small spoilers that he isn’t aware of sometimes, but it’s easy to predict what happens when you’re his age, and has watched a lot of media, even if it isn’t anime. about the deleted tweets, i think it was so non-nick fans/twitter users dont see that and just giving negative comments as he knows they might not see any video of him addressing the rumors. I hope that gives a glimpse of why I and others might think this.
