But of course he doesn't realize, they're heroes too and they can fight for themselves!! This is reminiscent of how Naruto was that he kept wanting to be the one to bear the burdens and not let anybody else in danger.

The manga used the festival concert and the 1a vs 1b arc as the last "break" before cutting to the ReDestro arc, which leads into Hawks telling Endeavor about the new League of Villains as he trains Shoto, Bakugo, and Deku. Then the Season 6 stuff happens. The anime kind of ruins the pacing by using the 1a + 1b arc for the latter half of the season when it's a pretty mundane arc overall. On top of that, they inadvertently spoil the new League of Villains before the ReDestro arc even starts. I believe this was to match the 3rd movie — which released during the latter half of season 5 — though we'll never really know.

Bakugo knows this the most, and so he asked “can you still smile now?” At the end of the episode, Deku is still fighting ‘All for One’, and I mean his friends. Deku is fighting for ALL of them, and his friends are fighting to save One. The true OFA vs AFO Damn, I love this show

Her bullets are so powerful that Deku said that even a howitzer shot can't compare. And Deku didn't say full 100% he said fake 100% as faux means artificial or fake. Yet he was still so many times fastee than the speed of her bullets with it. When the movement slowed down it was to show you how deku was able to catch up to the bullet in an instant.
