My point is that people who miss even 1 stream won't have a chance to join his other streams because they have to wait for the naruto episodes to be posted on patreon first. They have no point to even watch the streams since they're behind on episodes because of the pace of posting on patreon

He probably doesn't want to catch up to where he's at in the streams on his patreon releases, because then people who cant make his streams will then have to wait for the next time he does a long Naruto stream. In the moment we are led to believe that he is simply unbalanced from his sea sickness, however with the reveal of the island turtle we learn that Guy in fact DID feel the ground moving. He is just that damn good.
