I may be late but try listening to fabvl and especially "Lost it all" and then tell me if you really believe it sucks. The only nerdcore artists that I listen to are fabvl and Divide music, not to say the others are bad but these two really do give quality music. Just give it a try it's 3 mins, especially if you are a berserk fan. THAT SONG was the reason I read it.

Example: All for one telling Tomura that he is very important to him (in this sub). But the actual thing he says is 'Don't misunderstand Tomura, you are my precious..., precious..., next self.'. It is not 'Don't get the wrong idea Tomura, you are very important to me. You will become the next me.' 'Become the next me' sounds like Tomura will be a second coming of All for One, someone who inherits All for Ones' ideals and acts in similar ways to All for One. However, 'next self' conveys exactly the meaning of what All for One is saying, which is that Tomura will be taken over by All for One and become his next self.

2024-08-29 05:11:05 +0000 UTChawks has been my favourite for so long, for multiple reasons. his backstory & character arc is what truly gets me. serial killer, abusive father. neglectful mother. sold to the commission and stripped of any remaining identity (he legally didn't exist anyway). he was trained up into a weapon. trained from like ages 5 or 6 all the way to 18. no education. no control over his body, his life. if he failed a mission or deviated he could and would be 'discarded'. he was made to do the dirty work in society, work behind the scenes in all sorts of jobs just to be able to make it easier for society and all the way to the end here, when he kills twice- he has to. if he let twice get away, or if he didn't complete his mission, he basically would've been quietly assassinated and it would've been blamed on the war itself. he has never ever had somebody on his side, in his corner. endeavor was his hero, but he learned the man was also an abusive father. despite that, and all the wrong he's felt and faced, he's chosen to be a hero. to do the dirty work to help people. he genuinely wants society yo be at peace, so he can finally go off and live by himself. he wants to have full choice and control of his wings and fly away freely with other birds, as he said so himself. he really is a true hero. as much as faith in him waivers now people know he's killed, or he's done bad things under the guise of heroism.. he is a hero to the bone. that is one of the main reasons i love hawks.
