This show does a pretty decent job of showing the theory of practice and the the practice of theory....meaning taking a process of steps and actually implementing it in real life scenarios and conditions. There are almost always variables that pop up or are unknown complicating the outcome. Like u said, the coolest moments are seeing senku, a genius of scientific process and theory, troubleshooting skills and other unforeseen circumstances that arise.
